Job Title: Technology Transfer Specialist
Salary Range: $62,000 – $66,000

SUMMARY: The Technology Transfer Specialist (TTS) will work as part of a larger team to develop strategies and programming to address the substance use and opioid crisis in the HHS Region 3 (Delaware, District of Columbia, Maryland, Pennsylvania, Virginia, and West Virginia). As part of the federal Opioid Response Network and Addiction Technology Transfer Center Network, the TTS will respond to technical assistance (TA) requests and facilitate planning, communication, and provision of appropriate TA with individuals and organizations, such as training and educational programming and matching evidence-based interventions to state-specific needs and requests.
This position is subject to the availability of funds and to any and all restrictions contained in the contract or contracts that provide funding for this position.

The Regional Coordinator for Outreach and Engagement (ROE) will be responsible for overseeing outreach and engagement strategies and efforts to increase the visibility and participation of individuals from diverse populations. The ROE will work closely with the Regional Implementation and Technical Assistance Manager and report to the ATTC Project Director. The candidate must be able to assist in coordinating the tasks and activities to achieve the project objectives. The position coordinates and participates in meetings of the Technology Transfer Network and other collaborators in HHS Region 3.
