Participants in the 7th Annual Recovery Walk and Rally will walk/run around the Reservoir at Druid Hill Park, followed by a Rally at the Sundial pavilion. At the Park participants will learn more about treatment and recovery from local and national speakers and facilities that provide drug treatment and other health care providers in attendance. Live music and other forms of entertainment, along with children’s fun zone will be available at the Druid Hill Park location, Free food and beverages will also be available.
On Thursday, September 12, 2013, two days prior to the Recovery Walk and Rally, there will be a Recovery Walk and Rally Ecumenical Prayer Service, “Many Pathways to Recovery”, at The Interfaith Academy Church, 4155 Hayward Avenue, Baltimore, MD 21215, at 7:00 p.m. This Service will include Music, Scripture, Testimonies, Preaching, Sharing, Teaching and more.

Program Agenda:
Prayer and Testimonial Services, followed by a 1.5 mile run/walk single or multiple laps around the lake or be encouragers, followed by a Rally with guest speakers, children’s fun zone, educational/informational presentations & free food.

Those in Recovery, friends and family of those in recovery and advocates and supporters of drug treatment and recovery are all invited to attend.
