What is the “A” and the “a”? This training is designed to help peer recovery specialist who related to individuals as an advocate become skilled in various forms of advocacy. Through utilizing a person-centered approach and coaching strategies, participants will develop strategies to demonstrate the meaning of power, influence and self-determination. Role-play, multi-media, and other popular education techniques will be used to achieve the objectives of this workshop. |
